Folded Star Topper

This creative table topper offers endless opportunities to frame beautiful blocks, pieces of embroidery, lovely fabric motifs, and more! Make several seasonal toppers for yourself or to give as wonderful gifts.

In this class you will learn how to center your design for the topper. I’ll also show you a quick and easy method to make your folded star triangles and place them around your center motif. If you are using an embroidered center motif, it must be completed outside of this class. This class is only for making the star topper. You can join us for Embroidery 103 on 10/20/26 which coincides with the Star Topper center if you would like Embroidery.

Homework: Plan on using 5 different fabrics for the star points. Press your fabric and cut out 16 – 5" squares from each fabric, fold the squares in half and press them.
