Now that you’ve successfully completed the first bag making session it’s time to put those skills to good use. In this next session you will continue to build your sewing and bag making skills while making more complex projects. After this session of classes, you will be prepared to make most any bag with ease and confidence.
In the second three-month series of school, you will continue to build foundational bag and tote making skills. You will work with mesh, vinyl, bag hardware, bias binding and more!
We will not be embroidering in class. However, you may put a design on your fabric and bring the completed design to class and I will show you how to incorporate it into your bag.
There will be homework to complete before class which will allow us to maximize our class time. It’s very important you have your project cut out and prepped before class.
Once you successfully complete Intermediate Bag making you will be able to attend any of the future single bag making classes I offer. You will also continue to increase your skills and make more complex projects as you complete your classes. You will also have a lovely selection of bags and totes!
Don’t wait – sign up today!!! Classes will be held on Fridays, please pay attention to the start time for each class as they are not all the same. Be sure to arrive early to get set up and ready to go. The tuition for the first quarter is $125 plus the cost of the three patterns. Maybe bring a snack for the late afternoon.
