Kimberbell Cuties -Hearts A Flutter
You are sure to love this darling table topper featuring deck of cards in the center square and vinyl covered conversation heart in the corners.
In this series of classes, you will learn how to assemble your topper using the “Quilt as you go method.” I will also show you how to prequilt your topper. The combination of these two procedures will eliminate the need to stitch in the ditch making the back of your quilt look as nice as the front. We will use batting in place of stabilizer in your hoop so be sure to cut it at least 10” larger on both sides.
Additionally, I will show you how to line up your embroidery designs, how to make a few simple changes to eliminate bulky seams and how to combine designs on your topper.
We will be sewing, quilting and embroidering in the two classes. There will be homework for every class. Please be prepared!!!
The quilting designs needed for the project are not included on the CD enclosed in the book. They are sold separately. You can purchase them from Kimberbell.com or other online stores.
